hotel location helpful staff
the hotel location is great, close to the metro. amenities were good and the buffet was convenient for an early breakfast. the staff was helpful when checking in and the baggage storage area was useful.

clean room comfortable bed friendly staff long elevator wait small toilet small room
the room was clean the beds were comfortable. the hotel is very close to the train station restaurants and a grocery store. staff members were very nice.
the elevator wait times were long i noticed. the stairs are far from the elevator. the room and toilet were very small i felt.

convenient location reasonable distance good transport
The location was very convenient with many restaurants nearby. The eiffel tower was within reasonable walking distance. The area also had good transport links, especially the metro station. i appreciated the cleanliness maintained throughout my stay.
The room size was smaller than expected , made it difficult to move around. i struggled to store my luggage comfortably and felt cramped. this impacted my overall comfort .

The hotel's proximity to the metro was convenient. Access was straightforward. A mini market nearby offered the opportunity to purchase food and drinks.
The towel hooks were not fitted properly! and kept falling off the wall.

The location was great. Many food options existed nearby. The walk to the Eiffel Tower was a plus. The secure parking was helpful. The breakfast had adequate options.
The washroom was very small, and not very well maintained.

The location proves quite useful. it is near metros and just about fifteen minutes from eiffel tower. everything was largely good, the room remained clean. staff were cooperative. The bar's working hours were excellent, along with its offerings.
service was poor. when i arrived i was told that no room existed because the hotel stood fully booked from the night prior. the room and toilet seemed very small. i could not fit in the toilet. the bathroom looks similar to a airplane restroom.

the location was fine with the metro nearby.
The room felt quite cramped, and the bathroom was tiny. i found the air conditioning difficult to adjust. It was either too hot or too cold. also, there was no mini fridge which would have been helpful for storing drinks.
